Aristophot was a relatively short lived (1902 - 1910) publisher of postcards based at Southampton Row in London.  They produced a number of series of postcards, including some fine continuous toned Artist signed cards known as Aquarellchroms. Many of their postcards were real photographs of live subjects, e.g. their Satinette series featured popular actresses of the day. Upon their demise the remaining stock was taken over by Misch & Co.
